Through woodland and meadows
The first few kilometres take you past small patches of woodland and open meadows. You ride along wide paths and paved sections. This makes the route clear and varied.
Along the canal
After the cycle path along the canal, a pleasant stretch of singletrack follows. Here, the route becomes narrower and more direct. This gives the northern loop a sportier section between the wider paths.
Connecting to other mountain bike routes
At the northernmost point, near restaurant Goudreinet De Wildenberg, the northern loop connects to the mountain bike routes in South-East Brabant. This makes it easy to extend your ride with other routes in the area. Get on your mountain bike and explore the northern side of Weert at your own pace.
